A group from Israel, hosted by the Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM (TIES), is in the United States to attend the Global STEM Learning Ecosystems Community of Practice Meeting in Michigan. While on their way to the Meeting, the group stopped by the Euclid Early Learning Village where they heard a presentation from our Fab Lab Manager, Andrea Fields.
In attendance were the Mayor of Ofakim, educators, business/industry representatives, Ministry of Education officials, and senior leadership from the leading STEM non-profit in Israel. They were amazed by the opportunities we offer our earliest learners in digital fabrication and computational thinking.
